Submitting a bright commercial smile for a gritty drama, or a moody theatrical shot for a cheerful commercial, forces the casting director to imagine you as something your photo isn't showing. Most won't bother.

Mistake Four: Dead Eyes
Technically perfect photos can still be empty.
