   We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with casting professionals when you apply to opportunities. We may also share your information with trusted third-party service providers that perform operational functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, and security. Notwithstanding the above, no text messaging originator opt-in data or consent will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Data Retention

   We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you cancel your subscription or close your account, certain information may still be retained to comply with legal obligations or business requirements. Content that has been shared with casting professionals, or used for marketing purposes as described in this Policy, may remain accessible or continue to be displayed even after your account has been closed.

5. User Rights

   Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to restrict certain processing activities, or to request a copy of your data in a portable format. You may also opt out of receiving marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in emails. However, opting out of marketing communications does not affect Vibrant Casting’s ability to use your uploaded content for the promotional purposes described in this Policy and in the Terms of Service.

8. International Users

   If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, which may not provide the same protections as your home jurisdiction.

    By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Vibrant Casting regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and application updates.
